Chef Collaboration Dinner

This August, we're welcoming Great British Menu star Shane Zhao to the House for an exclusive one-night dining experience, alongside CrowdedHouse Head Chef Simon Jewitt.

Hosted high above the Leeds skyline, this intimate evening brings together two chefs with a shared passion for seasonal produce, bold flavours and beautifully crafted dishes. Created in partnership with Minuty, guests will enjoy a six-course tasting menu, a welcome glass of Minuty Prestige Rosé, and the opportunity to add expertly selected wine pairings on the evening.

Shane has built an impressive career across some of Yorkshire's most celebrated kitchens, including Grantley Hall, Tattu and Issho. Now recognised nationally following her appearance on BBC's Great British Menu, her cooking combines the very best of Yorkshire ingredients with refined Asian influences.

Alongside Simon Jewitt, CrowdedHouse's Double AA Rosette-winning Head Chef, the pair have created a menu designed exclusively for this event.

Strawberries, cereal milk crémeux, elderflower marshmallow

£90 per person, including a welcome glass of Minuty Prestige Rosé.
